Michelle Fairbrother


Michelle has worked with VisionQuest Environmental Strategies in the capacity of Research Lead since January 2011.  Key functions include providing strategic support to clients pertaining to the implementation of environmental (solid waste) programs.

Being fluently bilingual, Michelle interacts extensively with government (municipal) and private sector contacts across Quebec, while assessing existing and future waste management diversion programs and client interaction opportunities.

Michelle maintains an extensive CRM database, providing continuous seamless interaction with an extensive network of professional contacts in the North American solid waste industy.

Michelle Fairbrother is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo, in her final year of the Honours Environment and Resource Studies Co-op Program, with a minor in French. Her education experience has attributed to knowledge in many environmental facets which include field experience, research and analysis, as well as social impacts of modern environmental issues. Professionally, Michelle has had experience in the environmental field as an environmental officer within the public sector, as well as an environmental educator for children and teens. 

She has continued to contribute to Canadian and American research elements regarding new and developing waste management programs at the residential level.
